  • Not to use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • Not to copy, reproduce, or resell our digital content without permission.

  • To comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and media produced by Voltrixir are the property of Voltrixir unless otherwise agreed. You may not reuse, resell, or distribute our work without written consent.

Client-approved deliverables are licensed for personal or commercial use as specified in the project agreement.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are due upfront or according to the terms agreed during the project proposal. Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final and non-refundable once production begins, unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Voltrixir is not liable for:

  • Any loss or damage resulting from delays, service interruptions, or errors.

  • Third-party misuse of delivered assets.

  • Any indirect or incidental damages related to the use of our services.

Use of our services is at your own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use or engaged in harmful behavior.
